Suitable for application in immersion and ultrasonic baths and in automatic pipette cleaning systems.
Applications: for universal use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, the cosmetics and food industries and at universities.
Suitable for dissolving dried and burnt-in residues caused by previous sterilisation. For removing stubborn traces of felt-tip pens and labels.
Concentration for use: 2-5% v/v, i.e. 20-50 ml/l deconex® 15 NF in water depending on contamination. The use of demineralised water improves the cleaning performance and reduces the dispensing quantity.
Exposure time: 30 to 120 min. Increasing the bath temperature, up to max. 30 °C, accelerates the cleaning process. The use of ultrasound reduces the cleaning time to a few minutes.
Material compatibility:
Suitable for: borosilicate glass 3.3/DURAN®, quartz glass, porcelain, stainless steel, PE, PP, PTFE.
Not suitable for: aluminium, zinc, tin.

Product details
Alkaline cleaning concentrate (liquid), non-foaming, for manual cleaning of laboratory glassware and laboratory utensils. Especially for phosphate-free pre-cleaning before mechanical cleaning even without intermediate rinsing, as no foam is formed. Can be used universally as well as specifically in phosphate-critical cleaning applications, especially in routine analysis in environmental and water laboratories.
