Ox Bile, bacteriological for microbiology
Ox Bile is produced by a low dehydration process of bovine liver. It is a mixture of free and conjugated bile salts. It works as a selective agent for bile-tolerant microorganisms in culture media; gram positive bacteria are inhibited.
