Product details
Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium is the most commonly used modification of the Basal Medium acc. to Eagle. DMEM contains higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins, and additionally iron (ferric nitrate). The formulation with high glucose content is well suited for culturing of a wide range of mammalian cell lines and primary cells.
For media without or with stable glutamine, and without other temperature-sensitive additives, storage at moderate room temperature is possible.
