Application: One vial Yersinia Supplement is reconstituted in 5 ml sterile distilled water, and is subsequently added to 500 ml autoclaved Yersinia Selective Agar (Base) (Art. No. 5780).
One box of 10 vials Yersinia Supplement is sufficient for 10 x 500 ml Yersinia Selective Agar (Art. No. 5780).
