Inverse fluorescence microscope OCM series OCM-167 trinocular

From  KERN
Type
Tube

Lab Line. Due to the inverse design and the very large working distance, specimens in culture vessels like dishes, bottles and microtiter plates can be viewed. Thanks to the 20x phase contrast lens in particular, primarily translucent and thin, low-contrast specimens can be examined. The installed lenses are specially coated, and therefore ideally suited to fluorescence microscopy analyses.

  • The powerful and dimmable 5 W LED transmitted light illumination and the 5 W EPI fluorescence toplight unit guarantee perfect illumination and excitation of fluorescence specimens
  • A special Abbe N.A. 0.3 condenser with an aperture cover and a large working distance guarantees optimal working in bright-field, phase contrast and fluorescence applications
  • The infinitely corrected optics ensure top-class image quality
  • The five-slot lens revolver is equipped with three high-quality, infinitely corrected PLAN lenses (10x/20x/40x) and one PLAN lens (20x), all with maximum edge definition for the best possible image quality
  • Enables quicker and more effective switching between the bright-field and phase contrast method via a phase contrast slider
  • The mechanical cross table ensures fast working and positioning of the specimen. It features a coaxial coarse and fine focus drive fitted on both sides for adjusting the height and focussing on the specimen
  • With trinocular head for mounting a microscope camera on the phototube using C-mount adapter. Please order C-mount adapter separately.
