Irreversible inhibitor of serine- and thiol proteases. Reversible effect on cysteine proteases.
Stock solution: 17.4 mg/ml (100 mM) in isopropanol, ethanol or methanol.
Storage of stock solution protected from light at -20 °C.
For your convenience, Art. No. 6367.4 comes packed in a 30 ml brown glass bottle. Addition of 20 ml 2-propanol results in a 100 mM stock solution.
