For enumeration and isolation of Bacillus cereus in food, acc. to Mossel.
Application: Use 43 g for 900 ml agar. After cooling add 100 ml Egg Yolk Emulsion (Art. No. 0402.1) and 2 vials (2x6 ml) reconstituted Bacillus cereus Supplement (Art. No. 4856.1).
