Suitable for all nucleic acid fragments, cyclic, and genomic DNA. Not compatible with photometric concentration measurement at 260-280 nm.
Recovery rates of up to 99 % can be attained even from solutions with very weak nucleic acid concentration. The incorporated dye stains the DNA (reversibly) pink and facilitates location and lossless washing of pellets.
Roti®-PinkDNA is produced synthetically and is free from nucleic acids. DNA or dsRNA precipitated with Roti®-PinkDNA is highly pure and can be used directly in all standard applications such as transformation, restriction digestion, cloning, sequencing, in vitro transcription etc.

Stained precipitation additive for recovery of DNA from all solutions by ethanolic precipitation.
