Recovery rates of up to 99 % can be attained even from solutions with very weak nucleic acid concentration. The incorporated dye stains the DNA (reversibly) pink and facilitates location and lossless washing of pellets.
Roti®-PinkDNA is produced synthetically and is free from nucleic acids. DNA or dsRNA precipitated with Roti®-PinkDNA is highly pure and can be used directly in all standard applications such as transformation, restriction digestion, cloning, sequencing, in vitro transcription etc.
