Non-Fluorescent Secondary Antibody Conjugates

Conjugate Description
Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) Catalyses the dephosphorylation of substrates to produce a colored or light-emitting product. Even more sensitive than HRP. Recommended for IHC, ELISA, and Western blot.
Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Uses hydrogen peroxide to oxidize substrates, resulting in a colored or light-emitting product. Highly stable and commonly used in IHC, ELISA, and Western blot.
Biotin Allows signal amplification, ideal for detecting low-abundance proteins. Binds with high affinity to avidin/streptavidin, which can be conjugated to enzymes like HRP.
Unconjugated Suitable for custom conjugations (e. g., complex flow cytometry panels). Can also be used in ELISA to detect other antibodies or for additional signal amplification.
