Conforms with the OSHA-standard 29 CFR, Part 1910.1030 for use as protection against pathogens in the blood.
For the safe handling of biohazardous substances. Ideal for storing and sterilising waste, clothes, laboratory items, equipment and contaminated materials. Embedded handles.
Note: The lid must be removed before autoclaving. The poorer thermal conductivity of plastic (compared to metal and glass) and the large volume of the containers may lead to longer autoclaving times. The autoclaving times required to achieve sterility also depend on the material being autoclaved and past experience.
