General features of both models:For gentle mixing (e.g. of cell suspensions) in intermittent mode. Reversing mode can be adjusted for better mixing of the medium.

  • Microprocessor-controlled
  • Preselectable stirring power (Low, Medium, High) for various stirring applications, e.g. “High” stirring power for viscous liquids
  • Interval and reversing modes are available

Four programmes can be selected:
  • Manual mode
    For stirring without/with change of direction (reversing mode) and timer function (1 s to 99 h).
  • Automatic mode
    For activating user-defined stirring profiles.
  • Profile mode
    For programming and storing 4 user-defined stirring profiles. Each stirring profile can store 9 different ramps such as speed, stirring direction (clockwise or anticlockwise), ramp acceleration (from 5 to 300 rpm per s) and time (including stirring pause).
  • Setup mode
    For programming manual mode. The programmable elements are as follows: Ramp acceleration from 5 to 300 rpm per s (i.e. the time required to reach the set speed), stirring power and the duration and pause functions of the automatic direction change (adjustable from 1 s to 59 min).
