Due to the particularly designed formulation, antigen/antibody binding is enhanced, while reducing background signals in parallel (Grube (2004) Arch Histol Cytol. 67:115-34 and Buchwalow et al. (2011) Sci Rep. 1:28). Stability of the antibodies is significantly enhanced.
The buffer solution is suitable for dilution of all primary and secondary antibodies, all mono- and polyclonals, as well as for all labelled as well as non-labelled antibodies. The antibodies are just diluted in the ready‑to‑use diluent and applied to the slides after blocking. For reduction of the amount needed and for optimised use of high-priced antibodies we recommend to use the ROTI®Liquid Barrier Marker (red, Art. No. AN92, or colourless, Art. No. AN91), in order to prepare tiny incubation chambers on top of the slides.
