Media supplement for identification of coliform enterobacteria.
Application: One vial TTC-Supplement (50 mg) is reconstituted in 5 ml sterile, distilled water. Store solution at 4 °C for one week in maximum. Long-term storage in aliquots at -20 °C.
One box of 10 x 50 mg TTC-Supplement is sufficient for 20 l TTC Chapman Agar (Art. No. CP65).
