ROTI®Mark 10-150 PLUS has been assembled from a set of His-tagged, recombinant proteins that may be detected during Western-Blot analysis using anti-His antibodies. This marker represents an advanced version of marker ROTI®Mark 10-150 and is supplemented with an additional prestained carbo anhydrase (approx. 31 kD). It enables easy control of the run as well as of the subsequent transfer. The enhanced 40 kD-band additionally allows easy orientation in the gel. The Proteins are solubilised in nonreducing buffer acc. to Laemmli.

ROTI®Mark 10-150 PLUS has been assembled from a set of His-tagged, recombinant proteins that may be detected during Western-Blot analysis using anti-His antibodies. Whilst in prestained markers the apparent molecular size in the gel may differ from the actual size of the proteins, Roti®Mark 10-150 PLUS exhibits a strictly size-dependent running behaviour. Therefore, this marker adds the benfits of prestained protein markers to a reliable determination of the molecular weight of separated proteins.
