Media supplement for selective isolation of Listeria.
Application: One vial Listeria Chromo Selective Supplement is reconstituted in 6 ml sterile distilled water and is subsequently added to 470 ml autoclaved Listeria chromogenic Agar (Art. No. 3008.1). For activation of the listerial phospholipase C we recommend additional supplementation with Listeria Chromo Lipase C Supplement (Art. No. 2948.1).
One box of 10 vials Listeria Chromo Selective Supplement is sufficient for 10 x 500 ml Listeria chromogenic Agar (Art. No. 3008).
