ROTI®SmearFix is a ready-to-use solution for the fixation of blood and bone marrow smears as well as bacterial smears. It enables standardized fixation without heat exposure and is not classified as a hazardous substance. ROTI®SmearFix is compatible with all staining reagents of ROTI®HistoGreen product line.

ROTI®SmearFix is a ready-to-use solution for the fixation of blood and bone marrow smears as well as bacterial smears. It enables standardized fixation without heat exposure and is not classified as a hazardous substance. ROTI®SmearFix is compatible with all staining reagents of ROTI®HistoGreen product line.

- Non-toxic fixative solution
- Alternative to methanol fixation for blood and bone marrow smears
- Cell structures remain preserved
Application:
- Preparation of an air-dried sample smear
- Incubation in ROTI®SmearFix for 1 min
- Staining and subsequent analysis
