Probenvorbereitung & Zellaufschluss bei Carl Roth GmbH + Co. KG

Probenvorbereitung und Zellaufschluss sind unerlässlich, um organisches Ausgangsmaterial in einen für die jeweilige Analyse geeigneten Zustand zu bringen.

Probenvorbereitung
Der Prozess der Probenvorbereitung umfasst die Probennahme, die Handhabung, das Modifizieren und das Vorbereiten von Proben für die Analyse. Dazu gehören gegebenenfalls auch das Wiegen, Mischen, Zerkleinern oder Verdünnen von Proben. In der biologischen Forschung kann auch die Isolierung spezifischer Zellen oder Biomoleküle Bestandteil der Probenvorbereitung sein.

Zellaufschluss
Der Zellaufschluss dient der Freisetzung von intrazellulären Komponenten wie Proteinen, DNA und RNA. Dies kann mechanisch durch Zerkleinerung und Homogenisierung, enzymatisch oder durch Ultraschall erfolgen – in Abhängigkeit von der Art und Beschaffenheit der Probe. Der Zellaufschluss ermöglicht es Forschern, zelluläre Prozesse zu untersuchen und zu verstehen, was für die Entwicklung neuer Medikamente, die Diagnose von Krankheiten und die biotechnologische Forschung von Bedeutung ist.

Moderne Techniken und Geräte
Mit modernen Laborgeräten wie Hochgeschwindigkeitszentrifugen und Homogenisatoren können Proben schnell und effizient vorbereitet werden. Zudem ermöglichen analytische Techniken wie Massenspektrometrie und Hochleistungsflüssigkeitschromatographie (HPLC) eine präzise Analyse der aus dem Zellaufschluss gewonnenen Moleküle.

Das Sortiment von Carl ROTH
Unser Sortiment enthält sowohl Reagenzien und Hilfsmittel für den enzymatischen Zellaufschluss als auch die speziellen Gefäße ROTI ^® SampleLyse zur mechanischen Homogenisierung von Proben aus verschiedenen pflanzlichen, tierischen oder mikrobiellen Ausgangsmaterialen. Die 2-ml-Schraubdeckelgefäße sind mit Beads unterschiedlicher Größe aus Glas, Keramik oder Stahl gefüllt. Die Probe wird in das vorgesehene ROTI^®SampleLyse-Gefäß gegeben, mit Lysepuffer vermengt und dann zum Zellaufschluss in einen Homogenisator eingesetzt. Aus der homogenisierten Probe können im Anschluss Nukleinsäuren oder Proteine isoliert werden.
