ClickTech Oligo Link Kit
To match our Oligo service, we already have the ClickTech Oligo Link Kit in two different sizes in our portfolio: Here, the Kit S (1Y51.1) is suitable for linking oligos in the range from 70 pmol up to 22 nmol and the Kit L (1Y51.2) in the range from 1 nmol up to 90 nmol.
Both the extension of azide- and alkyne-modified oligonucleotides is possible with the aid of this kit, but also the labeling of these oligos, for example with fluorescent dyes.
