Lab Line. Sturdy phase contrast microscope for highly translucent, low-contrast and challenging specimens (e.g. living mammal cells, bacteria, tissues). The phase contrast process makes low-contrast structures in specimens visible to the human eye.Thanks to its strong transmitted light illumination, it is particularly suitable for the fields of gynaecology, urology and wastewater analysis.
- Enables quicker and more effective switching between bright-field and phase contrast method via a phase contrast slider
- The special phase contrast condenser with aperture cover, with its height-adjustable focus and fixed precentring, and the field diaphragm enable easier Köhler illumination and therefore provide a powerful phase contrast display of the sample
- The infinity corrected optics ensure top-class image quality
- The 4-slot lens revolver is fully equipped with two high-quality, infinitely corrected E-PLAN lenses (4x/100x) and two PLAN lenses (10x/40x) with excellent edge definition for the best possible image quality
- The mechanical cross table ensures fast working and positioning of the specimen. It features a coaxial coarse and fine focus drive fitted on both sides for adjusting the height and focussing on the specimen
- With strong, infinitely dimmable 20 W halogen transmitted light illumination
- Dark field condenser to increase contrast of small, unstained structures
- 100x lens (planachromatic, spring) with water immersion
