Robust, durable and reliable. Digital multi-range vacuum meter for measuring the vacuum in the coarse and fine vacuum ranges. Chemically resistant and therefore ideal for corrosive and aggressive gases and vapours. Combined sensor unites PIRANI technology with the benefits of a ceramic capacitive membrane sensor. In the measuring range between 10 mbar and the atmosphere, capacitive membrane technology delivers highly accurate values for reliable pressure measurement, regardless of the type of gas.
- With backlit LCD display for easy readability and for simple monitoring of the vacuum; the current measuring principle is also displayed
- High accuracy and excellent resolution in the atmospheric pressure range to 5x10-4 mbar
- Both pressure sensors are active at all times: With a low vacuum (<1 mbar), the signal from the PIRANI sensor is used exclusively for pressure measurement, and for a weaker vacuum (>10 mbar), only the signal from the capacitive membrane sensor is used. In the mixing area (1-10 mbar), both signals are weighted in proportion to the pressure and the output signal is thus determined
