Detection limit for DNA is <0.1 ng/mm2. ROTI®Black N is, therefore, an excellent alternative to using radioactivity or bioluminescent systems. ROTI®Black N results in an intensive staining of nucleic acids, yet the gel matrix remains highly transparent.
The ROTI®Black N Kit comes with an easy to follow protocol that guarantees you reliable results.
Silver nitrate (Art. No. N770), formaldehyde (Art. No. N771), sodium thiosulphate (Art. No. N772), sodium carbonate (Art. No. N774), and stop solution (Art. No. N773).
